EA sports active (wii) vs wii fitness trainer?
Has anybody used both of these, and could you tell me if it is worth spending the extra money on the ea sports active? It’s a good bit more expensive and they’ve both had good reveiws, but I need something with the personal trainer aspect as opposed to another game for the wii.
I bought Fitness Coach about a month ago and it has great workouts on it and does work you hard. I got EA sports active a few days ago and just the first time using it was intense and I felt worth the money. The Fitness Coach doesn’t come with anything other than the game itself but you can use your weights, ball and stepper if you already have one. If not it is still a great workout especially if you don’t want to spend the extra for Active. Active though is worth the money and comes with the band and the thing to hold the numchuck on your leg so it really picks up more of what you are doing and encourages you to do things right (less chance of cheating) and tells you as you go how many calories you are burning and how long you have been working out. It also helps keep track of eating habits and activity level. So yes both are worth the money it just depends on how much you want to spend.
