will something bad happen if i install the homebrew channel on my wii?
i really dont want to screw up my wii, but i really want to be able to have dvd playback and such. also, if something bad does happen, like nintendo needing to fix my wii but they get mad because i have the homebrew channel and refuse to do it, would it fix that problem if i uninstalled it? any other problems you experienced would be nice too.

Well, installing a software program can’t give you dvd capabilities as far as i know…
Whenever a new version of the wii program thing comes, it scans your system for those things. if it finds them it “bricks” or completley disables your wii. I don’t reccomend it.
