How do I connect my Wii with an Ethernet?
My dad bought a thing that you plug into your usb socket on your computer and then you can plug and ethernet lead into it (like an adapter). We want to know how you can use this to get your wii online. Like what other cables do you need? And please don’t direct me to the nintendo website.
Yes you are correct you have a USB adapter. Do you currently have the internet? If so do you have a router that is hooked up to it? If so then all you have to do is plug the USB on the back of the Wii. Then you will need an ethernet cord that will connect into that adapter. Then the other end will go into the router. If you don’t have a router I would suggest picking on up. If not you can plug the cord directly into the modem. So besides the Ethernet adapter you will need an Ethernet cord and either a router or a modem.
